Why Foot And Ankle Pain Keeps Spreading Upward
Foot and ankle pain rarely stays local.
It shows up first in the morning.
After long days on your feet.
Or partway through a run or workout.
When your foot or ankle can’t move or load correctly, your body adapts without asking permission.
Things like plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains, bunions, and Achilles tendonitis are painful on their own, but if we ignore them long enough, other things start to hurt, too.
You shift your weight to the other foot. Then your other foot starts hurting, your knee drops inward and your hip shifts outward. Your back absorbs stress it shouldn’t. All of the sudden, you have two issues.
The problem isn’t just pain—it’s compensation that travels upward.
We restore the foundation your body depends on:
- Improve ankle mobility to reduce joint stress
- Restore proper arch control under load
- Address big toe and midfoot restrictions
- Correct how force travels through the leg
- Eliminate compensations before they spread
