The problem isn't that your people get hurt. It's what happens next.
An employee's back starts bothering them. They don't say anything — it's not bad enough yet. They modify how they lift, how they sit, how they move through the day. Productivity quietly drops. Nobody notices, including them.
Six weeks later it's bad enough that they call their doctor. The appointment is three weeks out. They get eleven minutes, a prescription, and a referral. By the time anyone with movement
expertise looks at it, the problem has compounded — and now it's imaging, injections, specialist visits, maybe surgery, and time off.
The cost isn't the injury. The cost is the eight weeks of delay before anyone did anything useful.
Most Workplace Wellness Don't Make a Difference Either
A gym stipend assumes the problem is motivation.
A wellness portal assumes the problem is information.
A lunch-and-learn assumes the problem is awareness.
None of those are the problem. The problem is that when something starts to hurt, or an injury occurs, there is no fast solution, low-friction way for an employee to get it looked at — so they wait.
Whether they wait to get it checked out in the first place, or are forced to wait to see the doctor (then get imaging and another referral after that), the fact is: you are down a productive employee.

Programs are built around your workforce. A construction crew and a
40-person office don't need the same thing, and we don't pretend otherwise.
So, Where Does Your Return Come From?
Reduced Healthcare Utilization
When physical therapy is the first stop instead of the last, the expensive middle of the process largely disappears. Employer data shows 16% fewer surgery and injection episodes and 7% fewer imaging episodes when employees have direct, no-friction access to PT.
Fewer Workers' Compensation Claims & Reduced Absenteeism
Most MSK claims start as something an employee worked around for weeks. Catching them early is the difference between a few sessions and a claim file — and between a modified-duty week and months of lost time.
Improved Productivity & Retention
Pain is a performance problem before it's a medical one. People who can move without thinking about it work better and stay longer. This is also a benefit employees actually notice and use, unlike most of what's in the packet.
What To Expect on Your Call With Us
Thirty minutes on a video call with our Doctor of Physical Therapy. We will briefly discuss the details of your company, workforce, and physical demands of the various positions you staff.
If it's a fit, we'll discuss what our program would look like for your business — what your people actually do all day, where the risk concentrates, and what it would cost.
If it isn't, we'll tell you that too, and you'll still leave with a clearer picture of where your MSK spend is going than you had before the call.
The research is clear: when you involve a Physical Therapist earlier in your care, all financial metrics improve.
So, why not investigate what that looks like at scale for your company? Click the button below to schedule a call and find out how to better utilize your business's healthcare spend.

Frequently Asked Questions
We hear these often, so here are a few answers you may be looking for!
How is this different from the MSK point solution our carrier already offers?
Most of those are app-based, and low engagement is where they typically fall short — people download it, use it twice, and stop. This is a named Doctor of Physical Therapy your people can put a face to, on site, who they can message directly. The differentiator isn't the content. It's that someone actually knows them.
How do we measure whether it's working?
We agree on what we're tracking before we start — utilization, claims in the MSK category, workers' comp frequency, modified duty days, whatever your data allows. If you're self-funded, that's straightforward. If you're fully insured, we'll be upfront on the call about what you will and won't be able to see.
What size company does this make sense for?
Our program scales down further than most employer wellness programs do, because there's no platform license underneath it. We've built programs for businesses smaller than 25 employees. We have the potential to provide for a 250+ employee company. What matters more than headcount is whether your workforce is physically loaded (construction, hospitality, food & bev, etc.) or interested in this sort of benefit.
Is this a replacement for our health plan or workers' compensation plan?
No. It sits in front of both. The point of this program is not only to handle things in week one after injury, at low cost, but also catch things earlier than time-loss occurs and prevent injury overall. This leads to the prevention of high-value claims weeks after injury that last for months.
What does it cost?
It depends on headcount, on-site hours, and what your workforce does all day, so any number quoted before that conversation would be fiction. We'll discuss this in detail on the call and you'll get a real number before we are finished!
